How to delete your account

• In the RideTrace app: Account → Delete account.
• On the dashboard: sign in, open your profile menu → Your data and account → Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your account, with your name and email
• Your rides, routes, and recordings
• Your bikes, scores, and coaching
• What your devices recorded

What is kept

The signal maps learned on your bikes stay in the shared library. Other riders with the same bike model can use them. They hold no rides, no locations, and nothing that identifies you.

Your devices

Your devices keep ride logs and your Wi-Fi password on the device itself. Reset each device in the app before you sell or give it away.

No access to your account?

Email privacy@ridetrace.app from the address you signed up with. RideTrace deletes your account within 30 days.
